At Vasmika Naturals, we strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. This shipping policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and delivery partners to ensure transparency in your shopping experience.
1. Order Processing Time
Prepaid Orders: Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We aim to dispatch your products as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: COD orders take 1-2 business days for order confirmation from the customer. We follow a manual verification process to ensure the legitimacy of COD orders due to the rise in fake COD orders across the e-commerce industry. As a result, we may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before processing.
In certain cases, we may request a small deposit amount to confirm the COD order, with the remaining balance to be paid upon delivery.
Please note, this does not mean we do not trust our customers—we value and appreciate the trust you place in us. This process is simply a precautionary measure to protect our business from potential losses caused by fake orders, while ensuring genuine orders are fulfilled smoothly.
2. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our delivery partners include:
- Delhivery: For pan-India deliveries, including COD orders.
- India Post: For wide coverage across India.
- DTDC: For local deliveries in select regions.
Please note that delivery to rural areas may experience delays due to logistical challenges.
3. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver your products within 2-10 business days depending on your location. However, we do not guarantee an exact delivery date due to potential delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or other unexpected circumstances.
4. Important Notes on COD Orders
Due to the increasing issue of fake COD orders (where customers fail to accept their delivery), we take extra care in verifying all COD orders:
- We will contact you manually by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order.
- In certain cases, we may collect a small deposit before proceeding with the order to ensure the authenticity of the order.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery service selected.
6. Unsuccessful Deliveries
If you are unavailable to collect your order at the time of delivery, the courier will make additional attempts to deliver. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to us, and we may charge a return shipping fee.
