Return and Refund Policy

At Vasmika Naturals, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with eco-friendly packaging. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below to understand our approach.
1. No Refunds on Opened Products
We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once the product packaging is unsealed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
We use eco-friendly craft paper pouches and recyclable/glass jars for packaging to ensure that our products are environmentally conscious. Each product comes with a paper seal over the zipper/cap section, ensuring its integrity during shipping.
2. Partial Refund for Undelivered Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is undelivered and the customer decides not to receive the product, we offer a partial refund. In such cases, the courier charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Missed Deliveries Due to Emergencies
If you are unable to collect your order due to an emergency, you have the following options:
- Hold the Courier: Inform the courier agent to hold the package for a few days until you are available to receive it.
- Assign a Friend or Relative: You may authorize a friend or relative to collect the package on your behalf.
Please note that we do not process refunds for undelivered orders if the courier is held or collected by an authorized individual.
4. How to Request a Refund
If your order is eligible for a partial refund (for undelivered prepaid orders), the refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of your order. Once your refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
